Once a review clears the initial cryptographic and heuristic checks, it enters a manual curation phase. The professional associated with the review must manually audit the submission to confirm the context, scope of work, and legitimacy of the engagement before it goes live on their public profile. FolioTrust does not permit editing of the core review content by the professional; they may only approve or reject the submission in its entirety, ensuring the original voice and sentiment of the client remains completely unaltered.

3. Data Privacy & Compliance: We respect the privacy of our clients. While reviewers must verify their identities using work emails, they retain the option to anonymize their display name or company details on the public profile. Contact information, raw email addresses, and underlying verification logs are strictly encrypted and never sold, leased, or distributed to third-party data brokers.
